Pressure Vessel System (PressureFeed)

The KREISEL PressureFeed systems allow low transportation speeds and highest possible loading of the conveying gas with bulk material.

If very large bulk material quantities have to be transported over very long distances, a KREISEL pressure vessel system is unbeatable in terms of energy. The low conveying speed is another unique feature: pneumatic transport cannot be gentler for both the conveyed material and the pipe system.

KREISEL pressure vessel systems further guarantee high availability, lowest energy consumption and low maintenance costs.

For the installation of such a plant, it must be kept in mind that enough space is available and that a certain number of sensors, switching and actuating elements require a separate control unit.

To bypass the dead times between the individual charging and discharging cycles, the system can be supplemented by another pressure vessel, which then enables quasi-continuous operation.
