Recuperators
Radiant recuperators are heat exchangers. Without contact, the heat is transferred from the process gas to, for example, a combustion gas via a double jacket.
By preheating the combustion gas, the fuel input in the downstream thermal process is reduced.
Recuperators are used in numerous companies in the glass and ceramics industry, as well as in energy-intensive heated industrial areas.
- especially for the glass and ceramics industry
- optimal high combustion air temperatures
- significant reduction in fuel consumption
Hot-air temperature | up to 750 °C |
Exhaust gas temperature | up to 1,400 °C |
